Bradford Bulls Foundation work hard to support local Community Clubs and rugby at grass roots level. Through this commitment we have developed strong links with the city’s Community Clubs who are all now part of our Club Ambassador Scheme.
The scheme, facilitated by Bradford Bulls Foundation, is now in its second year. The Scheme builds on engaging the community clubs of Bradford and wider surrounding areas, empowering them to create community cohesion for the betterment of Rugby League. Members meet regularly, and 9 clubs are now signed up.
Engagement includes; Coach Education, rugby events, and matchday experiences at Bradford Bulls games, rewards to raise funds, cashback initiatives, player appearances and support with regards growing player base at all age groups.
Although we have empowered most Bradford clubs, who are the backbone of our scheme, we always want to grow and increase our assistance to more clubs. Recently we have recruited Lancashire and surrounding area clubs and they are enhancing the network within the scheme for the good of all.
The highlight of the Club Ambassador Scheme is the linked player ambassadors from both our men’s and women’s teams.
